Can we hold both our wedding ceremony and reception at Barn Swallow Farm?
Yes, we accommodate both ceremonies, cocktail hour and receptions. We feature three distinct event spaces, including our Streamside Ceremony site, the covered Wagon Shed for cocktail hour, & the main Barn for your reception, allowing for a seamless transition.
Are there separate getting-ready suites available on-site?
Yes. We provide two private getting-ready suites.
What is included in the standard venue rental fee?

The venue rental fee includes six hours of exclusive property access Stream-side Ceremony, cocktail hour in the Wagon Shed, tables & chairs for up to 150 guests, on-site parking, event setup & clean up. Tons of rustic decor options. Note: Catering, alcohol, linens, and dinnerware are not included.
Is there parking available on-site, and is it accessible?
Yes, Barn Swallow Farm offers a complimentary private 0.5 acre parking lot The entire venue, including restrooms and ceremony spaces, is fully ADA-compliant and wheelchair accessible.
What is the payment schedule?
A $2,000 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your date. A 2nd deposit of $2,000 is due 6 months prior to your date. The final remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date at our final meeting.
Do you require us to use an in-house caterer, or can we bring our own?
We require the use of our exclusive in-house culinary team.
What is the inclement weather or rain plan for outdoor weddings?
In the event of rain, outdoor ceremonies can be moved to our covered Wagon Shed, which accommodates up to 115 guests. We have a 30ft x 50ft white enclosed tent that can be set up for guest counts exceeding 115 for an additional fee.
What are the setup and teardown timing restrictions?
Our team will take care of the setup & teardown for you. All personal item removal must be completed within 1 hour after the event concludes.
