Can you create a small, intimate setting at your venue?

We work with you to create the day of your dreams! We can accommodate for small, intimate weddings and also larger weddings for up to 160 guests.

Question 2

We require strict dietary restrictions for our menu. Will you still be able to cater our wedding?

Accepted Answer

Our caterer is very flexible and able to offer many different options for different dietary restrictions. We have had a completely vegan wedding here! They are extremely accommodating.

What vendors can we choose ourselves?

Accepted Answer

We have a few vendors that we require because they work with us the best we have learned. We call it our 'Dream Team'. We allow outside photographers, videographers, florists, bakers and officiants. The only vendors we require you use from our lists are the caterer, DJ, bartenders and our day-of-coordinator.

What is the maximum guest capacity at Barn Swallow Farm?

Our maximum guest capacity is 150 for a seated reception with a dance floor.

Can we hold both our wedding ceremony and reception at Barn Swallow Farm?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accommodate both ceremonies, cocktail hour and receptions. We feature three distinct event spaces, including our Streamside Ceremony site, the covered Wagon Shed for cocktail hour, & the main Barn for your reception, allowing for a seamless transition.

Are there separate getting-ready suites available on-site?

Yes. We provide two private getting-ready suites. Access to these suites begins at 7am on the day of the wedding.

What is the cost to rent Barn Swallow Farm for a wedding?

Our base venue rental rates start at $8,100 for 100 or less guests & an additional $60/ guest over 100 guests.

What is included in the standard venue rental fee?

Accepted Answer

The venue rental fee includes six hours of exclusive property access Streamside Ceremony, cocktail hour in the Wagon Shed, tables & chairs for up to 150 guests, on-site parking, event setup & clean up. Tons of rustic decor options. Note: Catering, alcohol, linens, and dinnerware are not included.

What is the payment schedule?

Accepted Answer

A $2,000 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your date. A 2nd deposit of $2,000 is due 6 months prior to your date. The final remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date at our final meeting.

Question 10

Do you require us to use an in-house caterer, or can we bring our own?

Accepted Answer

We require the use of our exclusive in-house culinary team. Fully DIY or unapproved catering is strictly prohibited for liability reasons.

Question 11

What is the alcohol policy at Barn Swallow Farm?

Accepted Answer

We are a BYOB venue where you supply the alcohol. Alcohol must be poured and managed by a licensed, insured bartending service. Self-service bars are not permitted.

Question 12

What is the inclement weather or rain plan for outdoor weddings?

Accepted Answer

In the event of rain, outdoor ceremonies can be moved to our covered Wagon Shed, which accommodates up to 115 guests. We have a 30ft x 50ft white enclosed tent that can be set up for guest counts exceeding 115 for an additional fee.

What are the setup and teardown timing restrictions?

Our team will take care of the setup & teardown for you. All personal item removal must be completed within 1 hour after the event concludes.

Question 14

Is there parking available on-site, and is it accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Barn Swallow Farm offers a complimentary private 0.5 acre parking lot. The entire venue, including restrooms and ceremony spaces, is fully ADA-compliant and wheelchair accessible.
